The Summerhill

The Summerhill is a landmark mixed-use development at the intersection of Yonge Street and Birch Avenue in Toronto’s Rosedale–Summerhill neighbourhood. Designed by architectsAlliance, the 33-storey tower rises above preserved heritage façades and integrates luxury residences, boutique office space, and neighbourhood retail.

The building will feature 62 luxury residences with expansive terraces, column-free corner suites, and 10-foot clear ceiling heights. Warm, modern interiors and carefully crafted details reflect a meticulous design approach, positioning The Summerhill as a highly distinctive residential offering in Toronto.
