The LCBO Lands are part of the Sugar Wharf master-planned community in Toronto's eastern waterfront. Envisioned by Menkes Developments, Phase 2 of Sugar Wharf will comprise of three residential towers with more than 2,600 units, including a purpose-built rental apartment; an elementary school and a children's daycare.
